Dr. Tom Holt

Dr. Tom Holt is a fourth generation South Kitsap business owner and resident. Dr. Tom followed in the family footsteps and attended Washington State University prior to graduate school.  He then attended Life Chiropractic West in San Lorenzo, CA where he graduated suma cum laude with a doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 1995. 
Dr. Tom is married to Karen, his high school sweetheart. When he is not at the office, he enjoys experiencing life with his wife and seven children on their family farm. Together they enjoy participating in church activities, coaching the children's soccer teams, attending their music concerts and helping with their home-school projects.  In the community, Dr. Tom is active in the South Kitsap Rotary Club and has headed various community events. He is a member of WSCA Washington State Chiropractic Association and the Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Holt has extensive training and experience in spinal and foot biomechanics, soft tissue injury, extremity pain, whiplash, work injuries, senior and children’s health issues, traumatic birth disorder, diet and nutrition. Dr. Holt continues his education by taking several classes each year to keep up on the latest diagnostic and treatment technology.

Stacie McMillen

Stacie was born and raised in Kitsap County and is a South Kitsap High School graduate.  She is the mother of 3 kids that are very busy in sports.  Her speciality is customer service and helping others.  She enjoys baking, shopping and spending time with friends and family.

Jana Cross, L.M.P.

Jana Cross received her Massage Therapy degree from Everest College in Bremerton in 2008.  Her healing hands have been put to work from the moment she graduated. Jana specializes in therapeutic massages as well as relaxation massages.  She enjoys combining several relaxation techniques to create a healing experience for her clients who are regaining their health either from illness or injury. She also has experience in tailoring the massage to your needs whether you prefer relaxation or deep tissue techniques or any combination in between.

Anmarie Morgan, L.M.P.

Anastasia Oleinikov, L.M.P.

Born in Moscow, Russia Anastasia Oleinikov entertained the benefit of a multicultural upbringing traveling throughout Europe, America, Crimea and the Caribbean. In 2001 she graduated from Hampshire College in Amherst, MA with a BA in Psychology and Culture and after several years of dedicated work with the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association chose to commit herself to the field of massage therapy in the hope of benefiting both horse and rider. Having completed her study of bodywork in 2006 in the state of New York Anastasia discovered that a career as a massage practitioner was a unique combination of her skills, employing analytical thinking, interpersonal communication as well as the physical effects of form and movement to better the health of others. Anastasia’s forte is combining deep-tissue therapeutic touch with nuances of a relaxing spa experience.

Brook Gullickson, ATC, AT/L, CSCS

Brook has been a certified athletic trainer for 17 years receiving her certification in 1994.  She brings vast experience to Holt Chiropractic and Massage. She is an expert in developing home exercise programs, casting and fitting foot orthotics, gait analysis, treatment and rehab of the muskuloskeletal system, trunk and core stabilization, and stretching.  In addition, she has served on the Advisory Board for South Kitsap High School's athletic medicine program.

Lisa Soete

Lisa grew up in South Kitsap and is a graduate of South Kitsap High School.  She brings expertise in billing and accounts receivable.  She is a farrier (horse shoer) by trade and an avid horsewomen. She is married, has four children and one really beautiful happy grandchild.
